What Are The Documents Required For Registering A Society registration?

  • PAN card, Aadhar card of all member
  • Driving license / passport / Bank statement/utility Bill (any one) as a residential proof of all members.
  • A letter to the appropriate official requesting that your society be registered under the Society Registration Act.
  • Two copies of the Memorandum of Association, which should include the name and purpose of the society, as well as the names, addresses, and occupations of all members of the governing body in charge of the business.
